Fire Station 34

Fire Station 34, Ladder 4, Battalion 9 was my neighborhood fire station. They were 6 miles from the towers but some of the first responders. Many parished that day. The photos in the station windows were posted by surviving firefighters in their memory. For years people dropped by the station and signed a guest register. Last time I asked they had filled the pages of 9 books.
